
These are some of the checklist points we follow during the reception service:
-We will meet, e-mail or phone with the wedding party, coordinator, or the person who may be in charge, the day before the reception for any last minute changes.
-Our set up time for our equipment is 3-4 hours before the first guest arrives. ( tables, linen, décor, drink station, appt. station, meal station, etc. )**
-Our crew will be ready in uniform 30-45 min. before the first guest arrives.
-Drinks will be ready 45 min. before the wedding party arrives.
-Food (appetizers)** will be ready 20-30 min. before the ceremony starts. ( it will be broke-down 10-15min. before serving the meal )**
-Food (meal) will be ready 20-30 min. before the designated hour of serving.
-We will start serving right after the prayer or DJ announcement for approx. 1 ½ hours according to the size of the party. After everyone has been served, crew will go around to DETAIL the tables, while the others stay around the meal area to assist some of the guests and to slowly break down the meal area.
-2-3 crew members will be ready 10-15 min. before the cutting of the cakes for approx. 20-30 min. according to the size of the party.
-While some of the crew members are loading and cleaning the work area, the others will go around to DETAIL the tables and to slowly break down the drink station.
