Opened in 2004, the Fajita Warehouse got its name after four men from South America, with 25 years of restaurant experience, were looking for an innovative way to create a restaurant that would offer the best, unique variety of dishes involving fajitas. With this in mind, the Fajita Warehouse was born.

Using techniques involving a balance of taste, texture, and contrasting flavors, every dish is created with a South American twist. With the "Grilled to Sizzle" excitement, that they bring to Austin, the Fajita Warehouse defines what Austinites have been looking for in the best of Tex Mex and seafood cuisine.
